The ATH-60x, the newest addition to Audio-Technica’s popular M series is a closed, on-ear headphone that is ideal for studio, mobile and broadcasting. The M60xs utilize the same 45mm large aperture drivers as the renowned M50xs to deliver great sound quality. They operate across a wide range of frequencies, with crystal clear clarity, and a deep bass response.

The M60x frame is constructed from both metal and plastic, with a durable finish. The low-profile design of the M60x is very comfortable. The M60xs may not be the most convenient on-ears as they aren't foldable and are a bit bulky to transport but they're an excellent choice for professional audio. Noise isolation is not up to par, as they let in the rumble from planes and buses. However, this can be hidden by loud music and they're quite effective at blocking out the sounds of location for podcasts and videos.
